I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel! The rooms were tastefully decorated and very spacious, overlooking the beautiful gardens in front of the Royal Palace. The service went beyond my expectations with the best staff I've ever encountered, who were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location at the edge of a pedestrian zone was truly excellent, offering a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere overlooking a park and the palace, perfect for everything Madrid has to offer. However, the deluxe suite didn't meet expectations due to wear and low-quality materials, lacking some amenities. The dining experience, although minimal, was a letdown considering the prices. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.

I couldn't have asked for a better location; this hotel is a gem right across the royal palace with a fantastic view.
